here is the rest of the article, I quickly typed it, so it isnt exact.:

The contentious web site was being investigated by invision free for biolating its own guidelines, which included a statement that read that no defamatory or discriminatory statements would be allowed on the forum. the news release issued by canterbury first said. "instead, the local admins had allowed many libelous postings, ranging from personal attacks on private citizens to vulgar language. rather than comply with the hosts demand, hear, avila, and nuamann shut down the web site." the news release is not signed, but Santoro said residents [Name witheld] and [Name witheld] wrote it.
The release also stated that contributors to the site were encouraged to used picture logos along with their site user names. some logos included an infant with its midddle finger raised and caricatures of adolf hitler. other logos used have ranged from ducks to dogs.
Santoro said monday he had no comment beyond what was written in the news release. but he confirmed the news release information correct.
hart and avila said monday, however, that the release was wrong.
"we have disabled the site for a number of reason, " hart said. "for one thing, it was too hard to give out the web address, would couldn't remember it when people asked us on the street. also the new site is bigger and better and allows us to have things like audio clips.
the former web addres for the site was [link withheld]. The new address is [link withheld] and feature addition web space, a calendar of events and a chat room. Avila said the former site can still be reopened and said invisionfree has not closed it down. After being interviewed monday, avila opened the original site to verify the site's control was still in the hands of the aadmininstrators, the site reopened successfully.

Which is the point, since we don't want people pretending to be DuffMan, but if the admin knows and changes the name, *shrug*

I think I may have found the article:
http://www.norwichbulletin.com/apps/pbcs.d.../502220303/1002

The norwich bulletin name was on the paper...so i googled it.

If this was an invasion of privacy I can take away the link.
