Perhaps your ISP is blocking that particular port?

In "Outgoing Server" try specifying a username, that might work. On my email, my username is my email address, but yours may be different.

Perhaps your ISP is blocking that particular port?

Go to https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2.
click on proceed button then type in 25 in the text box and then click on button that say 'User Specified Custom Port Probe' it should say if its Open, Closed, or Stealth.
If the port is being bloked it will say Closed or Stealth and of course Open means not being bloked and it should work. :)
