It all depends on what you're trying to acheive. HTML is used for making tablecodes and news boxes; things like that. JavaScript can be used for more "action-based" or math centered codes. PHP is also used quite frequesntly.

Those are the three main coding languages used, and each serves its own purpose.

I personally can use HTML and a little bit of JavaScript.

Php can not be used in your board wrappers. The only way would be if the page was in an iframe.

PHP is not used very frequently at all, because gamefreak11 is right, you need to put it in an iframe.

The main language used to make codes in the code snippets, 90% of them is Javascript.

PHP and ASP are the best though(asp is like php, I like it better, I dunno y thouh lol.)

Arcades are created with Flash...but, I dont know if that counts as being one of the languages used as you dont actually put Flash in the wrappers.
