I currently don't own a website thats actually online.
And I use XHTML + CSS (powered by PHP and MySQL).
Make it all on DreamWeaver.

Quantum-locked when observed.

Valid XHTML 1.1 and CSS. :D I would also serve it with a text/xhtml MIME type for those browsers that could handle it, but other circumstances prevent this for now. :/

Mmm yes . . . using PHP to power the site, with Apache mod_rewrite for friendly URIs.

I hand code everything using valid XHTML 1.0 Strict and valid CSS for design and PHP and MySQL for any programming or databases that may be needed.
