Default user groups...; ... can we have one more?

According to the ACP: "User Grouping is a quick and powerful way to organise your members. There are 4 preset groups that you cannot remove (Validating, Guest, Member and Admin) although you may edit these at will."

We also have a (preset, I think) user group for those who are Banned. I would like to suggest adding a "Suspended" user group (as a preset group) to the existing 4 preset groups we have. Because, right now, since we don't have a "Suspended" user group, we can't see exactly what the suspended members have or don't have access to. I think it would be useful, too, if the "Suspended" group was made a preset group which we can edit as well. :)

There is a new feature recently added to suspend members, this should act in place of another user group. :)

Ah... yes. :) I know we can suspend users but I'm not certain what suspending these users involve (apart from the fact that they can't post or use the PM system) because there is no preset user group for "Suspended Users" that we can actually manage? (Am I making sense or confusing you further? So sorry. Let me know if I'm not expressing myself clearly and I will try again. >_< )

If I made a user group for, say, "Suspended Users", and set certain parameters for their activity, will I in effect be overriding whatever "default" attributes that have been set for this group? That's my concern and that's why I would like to have a preset group of "Suspended Users" that we can edit. :)
