it stayed to the book but it sucked

So your saying the book sucked. And if you don't like the book you're not gonna like the movie so there is no reason to even watch it.

das, it stayed to what the book said. he never said he liked the book did he? or maybe he didnt like how the mocie was put together? hmm :eh:

The movie was okay.... it was just too rushed to be that good. Sorcerer's Stone was the best by far if you ask me, movie-wise.

And I too didn't like GoF that much but the movie was good in the way that it was presented minus the rushed scenes and angry!Dumbledore.

People have to remember they cant put everything in the movie or else it would be like a 3 day long movie for what it was i thought it was a great movie. And not be rude or anything but alot of people that havent like GoF didnt understand it. Its is a very complex book and a very important part of the series. True they did miss out alot of things but they put in what they had to to keep the story right. They missed out just as much in all the other movies.

I would hardly say it was rushed for a movie that was meant to be out in july and its out now these days thats a long time for a movie and seeming they started making it just beofre they finished prisoner of askaban thats way over 2 years. The book is always better than the movies only because you can have more detail in a book.

Couldn't have said it better myself. The movie could have been much better, and it's going to be like that from here on out. The longer the books get, the more of the story they're going to have to cut out to make the movie. Goblet of Fire wasn't so bad, but I say Prisoner of Azkaban is the best so far. (As for the movies, I mean.)

Also, I can't wait for the final book to come out. I'm excited for it, but as for the last movie...by the time they make it, Daniel Radcliffe (isn't that Harry Potter's actor?) and the gang will be too old to star in it. Feh.

Think about it, the actors are going to be older than the characters in the book were. Takes a long time to make these movies, you know. :P I'd say there's a pretty good chance they'll be in about their mid-twenties by the final movie.

I loved the movie. It wasn't necessarily bad nor necessarily the best, but it was good. They had a few parts in the movie I think they could have made better. I have never read the book, but what I hear from most people they say the book is WAY much better than the movie.

The effect's I think were a big part of the movie. The Tri-Wizard Tournament had those Dragon's which I thought looked pretty cool myself. I miss the old Dumbledore (in the 1st and 2nd movie), he was the Dumbledore that played the part just perfect, in my opinion, their both good though.

I liked the tournament's they had in the Tri-Wizard Tournament. I thought Ron would never get over himself and be mad at Harry during the whole movie, but he finally got less tense. The whole Harry Potter pin thing I thought was a bit weird for them to all go around a dis Harry because they thought he put his name in the Goblet of Fire.

The movie wasn’t the best, it wasn’t the worst.

The Lord of the Ring's took 3 year's to film, while Harry Potter, well we don't know the exact time. But they are filming the movie at differant time's. (I think)

What about Lord of the Rings? There's no real age limit for the actors in those movies, because there won't be that much difference in a couple of years. They're adults. In Harry Potter, however, they HAVE to be in their teens because that's how the story dictates. A 25 year old looks a good bit different than a 16 year old.

I've merged the two Goblet of Fire topics together since they both were about the same thing, except one had a poll. If someone wants me to add a poll in, please respond with the options you want in. ^_^
