You have to get it through Microsoft Update. Direct link to that can be found here.

You have to make sure that you have Windows XP before that'll work. If you don't have Win XP you can't get SP2.

Hope you have high speed, because it takes a long time to download and install, even if you have broadband.

Using service pack 2 may not be a good idea for some people, since it eventually affects the internet whether thats wireless or lan connection.

SP2 has some improvements to wireless internet. Why not use it. I find that SP2 is more stable than SP1. Of course, you should backup your files before installing SP2 just incase something goes wrong.

I suggest you read up on what you need to do to prepare for SP2 as it basically rewrites XP and gives you a brand new OS. Make sure your drivers and software are up to date, clear your temp. internet files out, make sure you have enough disk space.
For the future should you ever have to reinstall Windows, you wont be able to do it with the SP1 CD (unless you want to go through the whole process again) so I suggest you install it and then download it again but save the download to a folder, and then make a slipstreamed bootable CD combining your original CD with SP2 using Autostreamer. It works a treat!
