A little too much like the iPod... Check out it's design and it's interface. Strange Huh?

Similar, but not the same. Creative actually came up with the UI first.

Not neccessarily. They were just given the patent over Apple.

I had this conversation with my housemate last night. I pointed out that Creative were suing Apple over the UI etc.

I think it looks fantastic, and if i were in the market to buy a larger capacity media player, i'd probably go with that (depending on reviews and reliability of course).

As it stands, i have an iPod Mini and that does all i need. My trips are never more than a couple of hours, which that can handle easily.

The iPod is great, but i don't think it is as good as the Creative's.

Also, i was in the Apple store in Regent Street (London) on wednesday, and all the iPod Nano's and the iPod's were really badly scratched and looked horrible. I know they are only display model's, but they really shouldn't get that scratched from people testing them out. They should get scratched from being in pockets with things, or knocking against stuff. When they are in holders (yes, you can remove them etc.) and on display, they should be better than that.

To me it does not look that much like an iPod, I have had 2 MP3 players, the original iPod when it came out and the Creative Zen (Original). After my iPod broke I got the Zen, and it has been working fine ever since.

My suggestion would be to go with Creative over Apple, (looks don't really matter in my opinion).

It's Simple. If you have a Mac and like iTunes and AAC, then it's iPod or nothing. If you have Windows and like Windows Media Player 10, then you might want to check out PlaysForSure. If you have Linux... Might want to look up something on eBay for OGG players.

Apple has that clean look as well, but doesn't the design date back to Apple's old macs?

Apple...

For some reason I like this look more than the Ipod. Maybe because it isn't a completly circlular button.

I found somthing like the shuffle http://www.pezmp3.com/
