php files not working; ????????

when i open this php file saved as info3.php with this link : http://127.0.0.1/info3.php it trys to open it as a picture when it is saved as a php file. wut is the problem. here is the code i used if it helps:

Yea, I had that as well for a while.
(Though not if I'd to go it via localhost)

What did you do, install a all in one program with Apache and PHP (And maybe more) or did you install them all seperately?

My Computer -> Folder Options -> File Types

Find .php and make sure it is not set to open in an image, that might help
