Hello, I was just wondering, beside Google Adsense advertisements; Which as I know, we can not add them except we pruchase Ad-removal. There a few other solutions such as the Google Paid Search box and Google Paid Links. The question is, are we allowed to add these? Thanks, Zen. |

I doubt you'd be able to use Google Paid Search. I'm sure InvisionFree uses that for their temporary search feature. Why can't you just purchase AdRemoval and then put up your own money-making crap on your forum? |

Becuase I'm too lazy to go find out: How much does ad-removal cost? And how much does invision make off ads per forum? Would that be profitable for me? |

Prohibited forms of Advertising are: (unless you've purchased Ad Removal) 1. Content-targeted Advertising 2. Advertising that mimics or copies the look of AdSense advertising 3. Pop-ups for downloads or that interfere with navigation of the board So no, you cannot. |

For the Ad Removal, I never exactly got the whole "$0.15 per 1,000 page views" does that mean even after aying 5.00 bucks there can be additional fees? |

The current cost for Ad Removal is $0.15 for 1,000 page views without ads. This means that every time 1,000 pages on your site (that would normally display ads) are viewed, your account will be debited fifteen cents. The minimum purchase is $5.00. This is because of overhead involved in accepting your payment and keeping records. It does not mean that you will never see the ads again if you pay $5; that will purchase 33,333 ad-free pageviews, which is a lot for a small board, but may run out faster on a board with more members. Consider purchasing more than $5 of Ad Removal at a time to make sure you don’t run out. After your Ad Removal credits run out, ads will reappear on your forum. You can check your remaining balance at any time in your ACP. Click the Account Info option. Ad Removal credits do not expire. This means that unused credits will stay in your account until they are used. They won’t disappear at the end of the month or year— you paid for them; they’re yours to keep. |

I was just wondering, what exactly is considered considered page views? does it only consider the page views on pages which should have ads or all pages? |

Is there anywhere on our forums that gives the grand total of pages viewed to date. |

It's under statistics in the Admin CP, I think. But I think it's per forum rather than a grand total. |

You can select which groups can still view the ads I believe. |
