Yeah, um, hi. I purchased a conversion 8 days ago, (last Thuirsday) and I already had a support ticket open on the matter. I replied in it the same day the payment was sent...no reply in it. So, I do it again on Monday, asking for the status of it...still no reply. Then yesterday, I was tired of not being informed on the status of my board's conversion, so I sent an email to the sales department, explaining everything about the board and what I just said above. And now, 24 hours later, I STILL have gotten NO response. Look, I read what it said on the conversion information page...it said average conversions take under a day, and that a refund could be requested after 7 days. We don't want a refund...I, for one, really like IPB 2.0, and that's why me and the other admin at the board paid $35 to move to it. The correct amount was sent, as indicated above...and I don't have a clue what in blazes is taking so long, and why I have not gotten any responses from any of the staff. I had to close the board the next day after the conversion was purchased, because we were dangerously close to 10,000 posts. And now the members are asking everyday, "When are we gonna be back up?", and I don't know when, because my support ticket, my email, and the payment appears to be being totally ignored. Look, I don't know what's going on, but I want answers. I appreciate your effort in advance, and despite being a little crabby in this post, I am a nice guy, but I just want to know what's going on here. Good day to you all. *Tries to put on a smile*

Maybe you didn't realize the part where he said "average takes one day". Well, I would never expect a response from a Support Ticket, at least not until IF 2.0 is out. And no, the majority of this board is not wanting a conversion, so I really have no idea what you are trying to say there. Sorry man, tough luck. Hope they get to it soon. |

When I had my conversion it didn't take very long. About 8 days when I sent in the money via a money order. It did come, so you should just hold tight and wait.

How is this dangerous? You do realize that IF allows you to go well past that amount right? I have like 64,000 and no problems. |

You are welcome to keep your board open. You paid when you were under 10,000 posts so you are fine. I will get to your ticket as soon as possible. I really can not give direct updates in each support ticket at this time, when I get to it to read I just do the request work. |

All right, thanks Brandon. Just wanted to make sure what was going on. Though, I think I'll keep the board closed till wednesday if it's still not complete. I was afraid that maybe some posts would get left behind if I did reopen, but I'm not worried about activity at this moment. I'll just tell everybody to hold on a little longer. |

Posts made after the conversion would get left behind, but you can make a request that we take your board offline as the conversion is performed. |
