I checked out the support boards before signing up for an Invisionfree board. I read all of the pinned topics and several pages of questions/answers before deciding on InvisionFree as a place to move my group to.
I have it saved in favorites and access it from there.

I must admit, it took me until day two or three to notice the support forum was just like any other forum, and not some special built-in private forum only accessible via the ACP. :$

Then I bookmarked it and have been using that ever since, mainly because the view was a bit cramped in the ACP, but then I found out that if you were using it through the ACP, it was possible to accidentally post a link that would allow anyone who saw it to access your ACP! :o

I think they fixed that at this forum, at least, by using the word filter to mess up the link, but if you were to paste it at some other forum, you could be hosed, so you have to be careful.
That issue will be fixed in IF 2.0.

Same with me...after a while, I just got tired of having to go into the ACP to get here, so I just bookmarked it

I originally did so through the ACP, but I now use the URL.

I origanally found the support forum on goolgle, while I was searching for help :P. But not I have it bookmarked, and I just use that whenever I need to come here. I would never use the Admin CP one, It looks just plain nasty, having all your stuff around the outside of an window :/

Assuming you use FireFox, why not bookmark it?

I should really consider adding it to my bookmarks one of these days. The ACP view is really cramped now that I look at it...:\
