They only answer it if your question is a needed like if your having trouble with a code it wil be slow and they wont answer errors nor bugs cause only duffman can deal with them.

They are probably skipped over by accident rarely. If you don't get a responce within 2 weeks, send it again, if you don't get a responce to that, there was probably something wrong with your question... Either that or you got unlucky twice.

Ticket's don't get deleted by accident. They go in a nice little area when they are completed. There they stay forever. :D So Axis if you'd be so kind as to provide me with the server number (1,2,3 or 4) as well as the board name that the ticket was sent from I will go hunting to see what became of it. Seth is correct, all ticket's receive response within a week, and the oldest ticket is dated January 29th.

Well, I made a ticket January 20th. I HAVE recieved a responce, but the last post was on January 25, and that was from someone to say that it was "flagged for further examination by the invisionfree staff." I'm not trying to press MY issue, just saying I'd like an update if possible?

If you could check to see what the progress of mine is, I'd like to know what's going on. My board is on server 3, and the name's Mog_Heaven.

If it's too much of a hassle, or noone plan and simply wants to check, no problem. I'm sure it'll be worked on when other more pressing matters are resolved...or whatever. :)

Your ticket has been placed in a section for Duffman to further investigate. however, Duffman is fairly busy, and so some of those tickets get left behind, buried underneath the load of ad removal tickets.
