Use whatismyip.com, as ipconfig will fail if you have any type of network running.
(Or well, not fail, it will just give you the wrong information.)

TheEsp40, could you tell us what exactly you have done, and what is and isn't working?
Awnser the following questions, and add anything you feel might matter.
Did you install a webserver? (Apache is one, WAMP and xamp both use Apache) Which one?
When you go to http://localhost/, what happens?
When you go to http://your.ip.x.x/, what happens?

And make sure your web server is running when you try that.

I use Xampp, but whenever i try and access my url. and yes i used my ip correctly. i know that for a fact now. I had another person try it, and it comes up bad..


http://IpAddress/

Thats what i used. and the other person couldnt access it.
