Oh, why did you post this topic. It's so painful!!!

I remember when I was 10 there was a huge game of baseball that I was watching.

I'm not much for active sports short of Skateboarding. Like seriously, I couldn't run or hit some ball while everyone is watching.

Anyway, They got short a person and then a bunch of people started bugging me to join. I didn't want to but they forced me by throwing a bat in my hand and pushed me to the home base diamond thingy. I was scared, I got stage fright here.

I complianed and whined because I was young and stupid. I wasn't even holding the bat up and the pitcher said : DUDE, get your bat up already!!"
People started screaming "DO IT< DO IT". I guess I was wasting their time because all of a sudden everyone started chanting "LOOOSSSER, LOOOOSSSER, LOOSSER".

Everyone joined in. The 50+ crowd, all of the other kids from the playground ran to see what was happening.

It was awful
Can you imagine 200 people cheering looser and pointing. I remember the feeling; It felt like the whole world is against me and there was no where I could turn. From everywhere people were pointing and yelling it.

I ran away crying while people cheered and screamed in harmony.

That.........was embarassing.

As an active basketball player, I can tell you that that happens pretty often to even the greatest of sports players. You get used to it when you have a bad game.
