It was going to happen but humans sped up the process.

That is what I voted for. I do care for that, because right now I am suffering of very hot climate, what I really hate. But I do now that is going to pass and normal weather will be back :r

Humans are definitely having an effect on the environment. I don't think we are entirely to blame though.

I do know that if and when global warming is proved to be true, the British will happily be able to blame the US and China. :P :)

It's kind of bizzare, I don't think the government will do much about it. People complain, nothing gets done. You tend to see all of these TV news reports on it, they're saying how bad its got, but what has actually been done? Alls you ever hear is:

Quote:

And in today's news, Global Warming is becoming increasingly dangerous as it changes our climate and ruins our planet. To support Global Warming campaigns, buy a T-Shirt to show it.

(Extract Not from a real news report, but hey) Buy a T-Shirt, what good is that going to do? If there weren't so many cars and such alike, it would never have happened. If there weren't so many factories, it wouldn't have happened either. Buying a T-Shirt is not going to stop Global Warming exactly is it?

A lot of you are saying you couldn't care less. How can you say that when you're the ones who are sat there destroying the earth? You should, because if you don't support Global Warming, it'll be your fault when you burn alive in boiling hot sunlight.

about the end of what you said there. you see if that happens all of the eco-beardish types will all be feeling like fools because all their hard work amounted to giving our planet an extra year or so and us people who didnt do anything, well i certainly wont be unhappy because i tryed to live an enjoyable life not one without cars or planes or central heating.

wow, you are the person those so called "eco-beards" as you call them are aiming there stuff at. Some of them are alright. They see that wind farms, giothermal and Nuclear (Not as much so Nuclear maybe) will be far cheaper and benefit for everyone.

Also, I bet you wont buy a hydrogen car when they become a bigger company then oil cars by around 2014.

Hydrogen cars ARE exactly the same as oil cars, just they produce no harmful gases, with the only downside is that it will... rain more... which is what we need really.

Overall, your the kind of people i hate. People who think if they dont do anything, someone else will sort it out, let someone else do all the work you say.

Imagine if England just ignored the Nazi's invading Poland, and said that it was someone elses problem. I'd most likely be typing in German right now. (Which I could do, but meh)

There is no such thing as global warming. This is just a natural process that happens every 100 or 1000 years(whatever it is...).
It's true, we where having such warm weather for a long time, but now everywhere it's cold. Haven't you noticed that? *sigh* THEN people will tihnk we're going through an ice age... -__-' Not gonna happen, though. Not for a long time, anyway. (I dunno...)
But then again, I assume my beleifes on this si different from almost everyone here... since I'm a Christian, and beleive that when God will come back to earth, eh shall do what he wishes with the world(it says in the Bible what shall happen..... but I can't remember. too lazy to look it up either, lol).
And don't flame me or delete this post just because I beleive in God. You asked for my opinion on the "global warming" thing, and I gave it to you., Didn't I? B-)

I believe thats called i cant remember dammit!!!

It has 13 stamps on the scroll... and a large battle will be held at the field of Armageddon, in isreal between The devils servants and Jebus and his angels, which he will win.

Then the earth starts all over again... but people have predicted this to happen 33 times already... so... :-/

^^^
I dont believe any of the above, just trying to help.

And about your post:

What do you mean its getting colder? Are you blind? :)

Its been getting hotter, the hottest summers on record, voilant storms and hurricanes on record. It was all in a hall of records but in 1990 it was mysteriously blown away. (Thats a joke)

Well, up hhere, we've finally been getting our usual 20 below weather, except, still no snow. And in Arizona, it's been really cold and even possible snow there I think. And there there was that huge snow storm that blew across the central part of America(wherever it iwas) into Oklahoma and into part of New York, and even Chicago.
Yes, it sitll is hot in hsome other places, but there still is no such thing as global warming. The goveners or political people or whoever and just trying to scare people into tihnking about that becuase what whatever reason(the steam and smoke that comes from those whatever-company buildsing... gah, I can't think of the names right now for some stupid reason). It's not happening, it's not gonna happen. >_<; I don't beleive in it, anyway. >.>;;;

Come on guys, how can you all be so dense. It probably was going to happen anyway but us humans did speed up the process. Take America for example, wherever you go you see Hummers and SUVS rolling around like there's no tommorow. Then you have the point of Public Transportation. We could all start taking the buses which holds 120 something people, whereas cars can take about 5 people. Even though Buses and other forms of Public transport exert much more gas into the air it by far makes up for the loss of damage in the O-Zone Layer from what the car does.
