It's kind of bizzare, I don't think the government will do much about it. People complain, nothing gets done. You tend to see all of these TV news reports on it, they're saying how bad its got, but what has actually been done? Alls you ever hear is:

Quote:

And in today's news, Global Warming is becoming increasingly dangerous as it changes our climate and ruins our planet. To support Global Warming campaigns, buy a T-Shirt to show it.

(Extract Not from a real news report, but hey) Buy a T-Shirt, what good is that going to do? If there weren't so many cars and such alike, it would never have happened. If there weren't so many factories, it wouldn't have happened either. Buying a T-Shirt is not going to stop Global Warming exactly is it?

A lot of you are saying you couldn't care less. How can you say that when you're the ones who are sat there destroying the earth? You should, because if you don't support Global Warming, it'll be your fault when you burn alive in boiling hot sunlight.

You make some pretty good points there, But I don't drive a car, For a number of reasons, I don't see the sense in it when I have two legs and can walk. Gas prices here are skyrocketing and last time I filled my tank which was last year it cost me around 65 dollars just to fill it up with 4 gallons.

I take public transportation, I will drive every now and than, but If I do it is when I got to go long distances, like outside of 5 miles.

But still, I like this debate, I think that it is a normal process and we had nothing to do with it. So don't go off on me for just saying that. Look at everybody else who is saying the same as I am.

I voted the 5th answer... I think it was going to happen anyways but we made it speed up... I think now there is nothing to do for that. I read in the local newspaper about global warming and that everybody sais that we should do something againts it ... but we can't stop it. We might slow it sown going back to ramapitecus and living like that but it will happen anyway. I just hope that this process won't be so fast and we won't burn alive or that I won't reincarnate when everything is burning... I'm no so afraid of death ... I'm afraid of seing eveybody i know dying near me... That's my worst nightmare....

I'll admit to voting option 3, because really, I don't give a ####.

My religious beliefs are part of the reason for this, but even if I didn't have the same religious beliefs, I still wouldn't give a ####. It all just seems like a natural process to me.

I believe that humans have started all this... but their current actions make it even worse.

global warming has definately been very much accelated by humans and how any one can doubt that confuses me...millions of us have cars, use electricity etc... personally, its far to late to fix it now anyways, give it another 40 years, the planet will have warmed up enough to melt some more of the ice caps...water levels will rise...need i go on? if it wasnt global warming it would have been something else that humans either caused or majoraly contributed to that will kill the lot of us and good on it too...i am not a people hater but geez we sure know how to hit the self destruct button.

I think it doesn't matter. I dont' especially believe humans were the cause. But since I'm a christian when the world ends I"m going to heaven which is way better.

lol dont get so defensive just because i dont personally believe that beng a christian means you definately get to go to heaven doesnt mean i expect people to have my opinion as well.. just thought it a rather naive comment! and i am pretty sure attitude doesnt have much to do with wether you get into heaven or not...thats if you believe in heaven of course.
