On my site, I have some members that post 100 timea a day. Since its new site, I am getting my more people like that. I turned up flood control. The real problem is, I don't have enough time in one day to read it all.

You sound like you need to promote some trustworthy people to moderator ;)

I know how to add them. >_< It just I don't like hiring people to help me on forums. I need someone very trustworthy. And I have none yet, Besides maybe one.

The more a member posts and talks with you, the more you will trust them, so just become friends with the members and you will trust them more. :)

Who says you have to read every single post? There are posts even on this forum that don't get read, really. :/

If they're legitimate posts I'd be very happy about that. If it's just

random spam then fire up the warning system.

You should be glad.

Who said that you HAD to read every post? NO-ONE DOES THAT, especially on huge boards!

If the amount or quality of the posts scare you, then issue an annoucement.

I don't know what you're complaining about, I'd love to have new people posting 100 times a day. It's not that hard to pick someone to promote to moderator, it's an administrator who you drastically need to be able to trust before appointing.

I'm going to have to agree with what others here are saying:

1- Whats the big deal?
2- Get a mod if you think its a problem.

If you can not trust anyone to mod your forum easily then you will not have a smooth running forum.

Here is the problem, The guy doing it is a nice guy. But post qaulity is not very good, and he double post tons. >.< I don't want to disable posting, because he can be fun to talk to, except when he post 100 times a day.

Then PM him saying that you appreciate his activity but that your forum strives for higher quality posts than most. Then say its just something to take under consideration.

I do that quite a bit on my forum. Works about 70% of the time.

You can also disable double posting. I wouldn't be harsh if they're a nice person.
but subtle hints might help.
