I have been suspended on one of my favourite forums, not by the admin, But a global Moderator who has a grudge on me. He was calling members names, Many swears. Adn telling us to grow balls or something, So I said something like:

" What gives you the right to talk like that, you censored. "

And now I am suspended till January 2013, I have no way of contacting the Admin, Iam trying though. Any ideas?

There is nothing InvisionFree can do about this. All you can do is continue trying to contact the admin, and explain to him what happened. If he decides to let you suspended, then there is nothing anyone can do :ermm:

um he is asking how to contact him and not askign anyone here to do anything as he appears to be of the variety that has common sense.

well except for AIM, YIM or MSN if he has any of that can be helpful. if you know his e-mail that works too. other then that there isn't any other way to do it except via e-mai or PMl from the board which requires making a second account to contact him. in a situation when a staff member is abusing their powers. a member makign a second account to get around an unjust punishement shoudl be the least of that admin's worries.

Go to a friend's computer or public PC, go to the board, and contact the Admin.

I don't know if you've tried this already but when you try to access the board you should see the following links near the bottom left-hand side:

Useful Links

· Forgotten Password Recovery
· Register a new account
· Our help documentation
· Contact the forums administrator

Clicking the last link will open up a window to your default email programme (Outlook, etc.); this allows you to contact the main administrator using whatever email address they used to sign up their board.

Yes, But its the forums email. Not the admins.

The forum's email is the admin's email.

The forum's email is the admin's email.

Sometimes the admin creates a new account for the board email even though he/she has one already (to distinguish personal email from the board's general address).

Note that you only need an email to register the board. Once it's created, the email is not a requirement.

Rathman55 if you have been suspended the just clear your cookies. This will remove the "You are suspended blah blah blah" message. Now you can signup with a new account and PM the Admin.
