I just need to know, is it possible to print to COPPA form and give it to the board owner if you know them?

And also, is the forum owner legally required to keep these forms?

Well I figured you coudl just hand it to them as the whole point is that they need a hard copy of the coppa form. you can't submit it via e-mail or any method like that.

They just figured that most would only be able to mail or fax them to the owen rof the board.

and yes the forum owner must keep all of these forms in case you were to be questioned regarding underage users on your board as you would need to provide these forms to prove that the underage members have been submitting coppa forms to you.

What are COPPA forums? What is the difference? (I didn't know if I should put this in general support or not)

COPPA forms is a form filled out by underage users( those under the age of 13) to be allowed an account on any forum. the ymust be either faxed or mailed to the owenr of the board before getting an account.

COPPA itself is a law that must be followed by all users of IF boards. NOTE: that no one under 13 cna own a board at all as this law forbids anyoen under the age of 13 from owning a board.

That is correct. The sticking point is that a hard copy of the form is required; the method of transportation is irrelevant. :)
