some of my members are complaining about having problems accessing different boards. They seem to have problems with some but not others. The main complaint seems to be that they will try to open a topic or post and will lose the board completely. I'm guessing it is a problem on thier site since it is only a handfull of people. What can I suggest to them as ways to solve the problems.

From the looks of things a few people are saying that here too...
I think it's just the board server just give it time, tell them it's a problem with the server.

Sometimes it may be caused by the members ISP. There have been such cases documented. The best course of action is to investigate further, and clarify with their ISP.
