When our board makes the transition to Zetaboards we're thinking about having an archive with all the old threads to basically start afresh with everything, creating a lot more activity. What are your thoughts on this subject, pros/cons etc. Is it worth it or not? |

I intend to do it myself. Too much spambot damage, too many members gone, and old posts with broken images and outdated topics. |

Personally I think that this kind of stuff sometimes make members want to leave. If you are going to start over I would suggest just making the old forums invisible to everyone and just recovering them if it doesn't work out. |
