There is no "The Gadget Show" In the States that I know of, and any type of show like that we had was lost when G4 and TechTV merged. Oh how I morn the loss of TechTV to this day.

That depends how they sell them. The one in the picture looked quite small, although i'd guess it'd still be expensive. I don't think this is somthing we'll be able to buy for a few years yet
