Legal question...I guess

Okay, so I run a role-playing website (e-wrestling to be specific). Several people contribute to keep the website going, and it's completely volunteer work for a hobby. I just recently got into a spat with one of the members and now he's threatening to have InvisionFree shut us down if we don't remove all the work he's contributed (matches, segments, graphics, etc.) as well as any mention of his character's name. My question is, can he actually do this? Do I legally have to remove all his work that he's volunteered over the past year and any mention of his character's name? Will InvisionFree shut my board down if I don't?

I don't own what I'm saying in this post by saying it, IF technically can control this post and do whatever it wants with it. That's how I think of it. O_o

Twilight is upon me, and soon night must fall.

I'm not certain but I am pretty sure that short of a court order, Invisionfree is not oligated to remove anything posted unless it violates our terms. And no even if that order was obtained, the board likely would not be shut down, the material would just be removed. We don't shut down boards over disputes like that. If we did, half the service would consist of closed boards.

Alright. I didn't think so, but I wanted to get some other opinions on this just to make sure. Thanks a lot, guys.
