:r I made my Invisionfree forum and my site (homepage) and didn't cost me a cent...

And it's halfway popular.

Meh. Internet has anything. So start a site about something you know about. And make sure you leave a chatboard or something for your visitors to post on.

You should start small and build outwards. Actual experience is far better than reading a book.

:shifty: I get my computer books from libraries for only.25 and beginning on Monday(since my other classes wern't working out :$ ) I'm going to be going into a technology center to learn everything from"secretarial skills" to burning cd's and dvd's and after 100 hours, they will give me my own computer :lol: (lol, if anyone is interested, you can check out why I left in my blog...some people might not think I left in a good way, but it turned out good for me :lol: ...it was both a kodak moment, and a "kids don't try this" :blink: one)

First of all, why would you spend that much on a site???

  • Advertising;
  • Hosting;
  • Domain;
  • Outside help.
The internet has just about everything, though I have noticed there isn't any reliable PC Support sites/forums. I've searched high and low on the web and only seen one decent PC support site with users who know what their on about, but the board is too big and the staff either get bored of the same questions or just don't have the time to go through topics... this maybe something you may wish to look into?
If you have money to invest into it... at a later date (from funding via donations and Google Ads) you may be able to pay for staff thus you'll have more dedicated staff.

Learn first. Ask questions and spend ridiculous amounts of money later.

You can't make anything new on the internet, you just make it better. My $2.
