My cousin works at a book store and she is going to keep one tucked away for me. I am going there at 5am two hours before the store opens to get it.

I'll probably get mine at Costco if I can get my Grandparents to take me there.

I will be going to my local library where they sell the books at midnight. Everyone walks around and watches movies (HP) or participates in HP related activities and games until 11PM. At that time we wait in line until the release. I got mine at about 12:15AM last year. After reading one chapter I went to bed, reading the rest after I woke up. I might read this one all the way through, I will have to see how good it is...

I pre-ordered mine. I'm willing to bet anything that the American version will have more pages than the British.

Um... I'm not sure what part of that to correct first really...

What's wrong with it? Well, other than the stupidity of pre-ordering it. The American edition is always longer.

Just get a copy. I don't see the point of reserving a copy. I'm sure more will be there when you get to the store. o_o

I'm expecting the wedding somewhere in the beginning. Then Fred and George ruining the wedding, somehow. haha.

Not a clue how long, I really can't stand trying to read british writing. I usually have to force my way through the first half of the book and then after about half I can easily read it. To me British writers are hard to read :\

Half-Blood Prince was excellent. Hopefully more of the same with some more action, more drama and all the loose ends tied up. I think if Harry died it would be something that would give a shock in the end. Of course, it's not exactly the best move for the fanbase. I personally think it would have it go out with a bang and actually, in some ways, be a good things. It's by far anything but a fairy tail, after all. Happy ends are hard to come by in these books.

Not trying to give spoilers out. But I do recall in Half Blood Prince harry was told that the scar may be a part of voldermort, so if harry dies voldermort dies. Or something along those lines.
