Gimp is alright, but I hold a slight bias towards Krita these days, especially with certain recent developments... :)

Some new developments in Gimp v2.4 interest me, though; mainly that you can now import SVGs from Inkscape. However, I dislike that it can now support Photoshop brushes: although it's definitely a worthwhile addition, it seems to me that with every release Gimp is trying a bit too hard to be Photoshop :/

Photoshop 7 ftw. I also have GIMP 2, but i never use it. EVER. I dont think ive ever even opened it to be honest.

Yes, but it doesn't interpret the styles.
