They sell them all over here, but I don't know about your country. Anyway, I have found that most of the dreams I remember are attached to what I was thinking before sleeping. Could be that you feel troubled because of something, thus you have those weird dreams. I have had a lot of funny dreams mixing things that happened to me ion the day, or even a specific color I liked that day. It's all just a matter of thoughts and memories put together by the brain :ph34r: |

Self-fulfilling Prophecy caused by a Pyschosomatic Response. Basically, you convinced yourself it would work so you stopped having the nightmares. Now you think it works as, coincidently, it did. It's akin to saying "I'm going to be sad tomorrow," and then when you're sad the next day, probably from making yourself sad, you think "Wow, I'm magic!" It's not really a bad thing as long as it helps . . . |

I was like 6 years old at the time, dude, I wasn't even THAT sure it would work. I just like how dreamcatchers look. My mom has one in her CAR of all places so its mostly about how cool they look to us. But eh. Hotchick depending on where you live... where I live there's a store called The Psychic Eye which sells a lot of stuff like that [my parents have a ton of things from there]. If you can't find one though, you can try online which has everything XD |

Most of the time, dreams deal with whatever you are thinking of before you go to sleep, or what you thought of during the day. A good example of this happened to me a few years ago. My mother had been telling me that she had a weird numbness in her hand, and I got nervous about it. Turns out it was just carpal tunnel syndrome, and a quick, simple surgery fixed it. But I didn't know that at the time, and that same night I dreamed my mother died. Woke up with tears already in my eyes, it scared the hell out of me. And she's still alive .I think this is what's happening with you: You had a nightmare one night, for whatever reason (we all get them). But now, because you're so worried about having the nightmare again, you think about it before you sleep. So, of course, that causes you to have the dream, or one like it, again. My suggestion is to try as hard as possible not to think of the dreams (or the ideas associated with them) before you sleep. Think of happy thoughts, like Disney World or a pool of chocolate milk . Just get so focused on happy thoughts until you actually forget about the bad dreams, and I'm willing to bet you you won't have them.Or, it could be there's something in your subconscious that needs to come out. If that's the case, it's best to see a psychologist. Or, if you can't do that, just talk to someone who will really listen, and who you feel comfortable talking with. Hopefully, whatever's bothering you deep down will come out, and you can move past it. On a vaguely related note, I had this really weird dream when I was about 5 or 6, then all of a sudden I had it again (although with different people, who I knew at the different times, but the exact same dream otherwise) when I was 12. Or, it could be that altered-memory thing, I don't know. The point is that they're just dreams, and for the most part, they aren't going to come true unless you make them. -IMP ![]() P.S. @Das: Oh, come on. You know you're never wrong !
