Actually buddy, once you have the gold subscription for a year you pay yearly. For the monthly thing, its only if you had the one month free trial that you have to pay after a month, or else deactivate it. You can also choose to go for the year account after your month is over. So no, you do not pay monthly. |

But technically you do have to pay. And people do notice the constant PS3 price reductions, right? It's trying to compete with the Wii and 360. It's still all a matter of opinion. Even if PS3 was $100, non-Sony fans still won't buy it and will say it sucks. In mine, I'd have to say 360 over PS3 because more interesting games to me appear on the 360 and not the PS3. |

Neither do I, but I just see more games that I would like appearing on the 360 than the PS3. |

If you're holding the remote, you should know never to let go, even if you have the strap. Do baseball players let go of the bat as soon as they swing it at the ball? They let go after it comes to a halt; same rule applies to the Wii remote. |

True. Unless I'm playing Wii Sports, I usually play it sitting down. XD
Don't forget Rayman and Super Smash Bros! |

Neither. Music is by far better. ![]() Honestly, video games have become more and more idiotic. Halo 3 is nothing special yet people choose to ignore family, friends, and anything important to play an absolutely worthless game. If being a gamer means me freaking out over a console/game and putting down another game/console for no good reason, then I'd rather not be one anymore. The Wii, 360, and PS3 were all designed to entertain people. Be entertained. Simply put. |

![]() I did not vote. For one, I own an Xbox 360 which means my opinion will be fundamentally bias. Secondly, to simply state which console is "better" is ignorant. It's a matter of opinion. If you like racing games and sharp graphics, huge memory, a blue ray player, PS2 backwards compatibility, Final Fantasy etc. then the PS3 might be for you. But then again if you're more into shooters, multiplayer, Halo, Xbox backwards compatibility, ability to talk to friends, arcade games, etc then maybe the Xbox 360 is for you. Even the points mentioned are disputed. To say one is better is to argue that ham is better than cheese. It's all an opinion and taste (pun not intended  ). Polls like these simply lead to fanboy fights where the people in dispute only own the console they argue for. edit: What about the beloved Wii?

Certainly 360. The only reason I'd get a PS3 is for a cheap Blu-Ray player, but I never watch DVDs. |
