I have become, comfortably numb.

hey lightning tut here make a lightning background for GFX!!!

Step1:Open a new file any size umm...500x250

Step2:Make sure The colour at the moment is white and Forground and backround clour are white and black (Black in front white at back)

Step3:Then Filter/Render/Clouds

Step4:Then Filter/Render/Diffrence Clouds

Step4:Then Image/Adjustments/Invert

Step5:After that Image/Adjustments/Levels drag the arrow in the middle to as far to the right as possible

Step6:Then play about with the Image/Adjustments/Hue/Saturation till you get the colour u want put colorize on

There you have it a lightning background hope you enjoyed this tut

I'll have to try that. I've always wanted to make lightning in photoshop.

I love lightning, it's awesome. (psst, archangel, I must worship your avatar. :haha: )
