It's good I think, except for the photo part.

The photo needs a lot more contrast in it to match the contrast of the rest of the image. Remember: BLEND BLEND BLEND!

So I would start with a contrast of 15 and keep applying it till it looks match-y.

I say 5/10 :)

No, you just lowered the opacity...

Not opacity, contrast hun. I think it looks better at 100% opacity.

IMO you don't need to use any contrast or opacity.

The image is very bad quality, which can be fixed by doing this:

Filter > Guassian Blur, Settings: 1.0-1.5

Edit > Fade Guassian Blur, Settings: Opacity, 100%, blending mode, Hard Light.

Do that and your image goes from bad quality to good quality.
