I spent alot of time making my two skins, both have 4or 5 gradiants I made.
I made sure every possible thing was easy on the eyes.
I think they are very good .
And some of the ones chosen for wow.
are like all one color every thing with one gradiant. and thats a wow.
lol
I give up.
Im done making these things.

Giving up is the wrong attitude. If you wanna get good results in anything, you shouldn't give up. Keep sticking at it and you'll get there in the end. ;)

Ya keep going. You will eventually get a WOW. I went through a few skins before I got my first WOW.

Yeah, I've created 21 skins and haven't got a WOW yet. Create all your skins hoping that you'll get a WOW next one. And if you don't get one, try to make your next skin even better so that it gets a WOW.

Yeah, I've done a lot of skins but I hardly release any. I released 5 in "Your Skins" and two out of the five got WOWed. It also helps by doing skin requests. That's how I got familiar with all the different things of CSS as long as just reading over some WOW skin CSS's. Don't give up.

Rarely do I use more than 3 gradients (though there are some that use more), using too many I honestly believe can take away from the skin. And as far as color goes, many people prefer skins be close to one color because if you add too many colors it clashes. While I am not sure I've seen your skins, clashing of colors is a common reason I won't wow skins.

Totally wrong attitude! The whole point of wow is that the skin is appealing. If the skin is not appealing, it wont be a wow, no matter how many gradients or the colors used. Look at other skins that you would like to learn off of. Thats what i do, and it help a lot to know what appeals to others.
