Bits and Bytes are numbers that computers use for digital data. For the common computer user, they are most likely found when they are listing a size of a file or folder. Here is a quick breakdown of what is what. In every Byte there are 8 Bits. In every Kilobyte there are 1024 Bytes, and 8,192 Bits. This continues until we find ourselves in the sextillion range. This guide will help you know how much space you have left or how much you have used. In these terms, bigger is always better(unless you don't have room for something you need).

^^why that would just be a waste. Your never gonna use that much hard drive space. and having that much ram wont do anything to perfromance really. You wont notice any difference from haviong 2gb to a Yottabyte. Unless you ran a server but still a Yottabyte would be a waste.

for ram it is. Definetely not for hard drive space though that would suck. But you wouldnt notice any difference. My uncle has a 16gb server and there is no difference at all reallycompared to my 2gb of ram. It will amek a difference since its a server though but not for home use is what im trying to say
