ACT

I just got my ACT results back, got a 29. Not bad for my first time, I'd say, especially since I didn't take any prep courses prior to the actual. If I would have scored better on the science, I would have had a 31, but oh well.

Anyways, I'm sure some of you have taken the ACT, let's hear them there scores!

The ACT is like the SAT, but graded differently. I guess you probably won't know anything about it id you're not from the midwest.

Yep... I am in the Northeast. Around here people normally take:

10th: PSSA
11th: PSAT
12th: SAT 1

Never heard of an ACT.

We have PSATs around here. At least for the grade I'm in now. :P

The ACT is out of 36. 30 or above nearly guarantees one hell of a lot of money for scholarships.

So yeah, congratulations are in order :P

In MD, we have the PSAT's and SAT's and the PLAN's (Pre ACT's) and the ACT's. ACT's aren't much different from SAT's other than their shorter.

I've only taken the pre's for both, get my scores in the mail at Christmas.

ACT's are less math oriented than SATs. They're good for literature :)
