Read some tutorials for backgrounds because all it is, is a picture with some basic text and a blue bg..

I did have patterns but there got all messed up so i just painted the background it had like an icecream pattern i was going to call it icecream mountain but the brushes were just to big and when i made them smaller there just went wrong. But i am trying now and i shall post it up tomorow. :)

Great concept but it failed to express on paper. I recommend some good brushing and text touch ups to make it come together. Try a slightly darker blue and filter > render > clounds. Add some good brushing and give Mario an outer glow. That is what I can see it as...

4/10 due to simplicity...
