Is that not what we do when we change the graphics, HTML, and CSS? Or do we not change the "standard" ones? :/

ips allows its users(admin) to add certain things. This is in no way breaking that TOS. Since we are just creating things that it allows us to, adding things it allows us to. If we were to alter the ACTUAL coding of the bopard, rather than secondary html and css, then there could be a problem, and if we were to distribute such codes to people it would be the same...but we dont ;)

That portion in the CSS means basically that you can't colorize the IF graphics/skin and then claim it as your own or redistribute it.

Then no, that is not against the Terms of Service.

If you would like a very clear and definite explanation, I would suggest sending out a support ticket via your Admin CP. Then, someone from the InvisionFree Staff will reply with the answer you are looking for.
