Well these questions, or lack thereof, are the reason he left. He'll probably be back to answer. Anyways here is what I think.

First does the motherboard even have a built in gfx chip? Also I would recommend spending a little more money and going socket 939. Probably and Athlon 64 3500+ and an Asus A8V Deluxe. This way you'll have more upgradability in the future as AMD is not sure how long it will be supporting socket 754.

Also I would search that site more thoroughly and see if you can find Dual Channel 1GB of your chosen memory as it will be cheaper than buying them seperatly.

2) Changing HD to Maxtor
3) Might not get RAM from there
