darn im a cub fan cause i live in chicago sammy and moisise(sp) alou (my favorite player) are gone they are gonna suck this year i think.....i dont know maybe they will be good....

And besides the salary, he's cheap too. Jerry Hairston is a "me only" player (not good for leading off), and our minor league is basically empty, minus some pitchers.

Sosa should do well in Camden Yards. I can see him having at least 40 HRs there, but strikeouts and his attitude can be a problem. Good luck with him.

I change my mind, this sucks.

One of the minor leaguers we gave up was Mike Fontenot, who was rated like the 3rd best prospect in all of baseball, and he's a second baseman, as is Jerry Hairston, the major leaguer we gave up...

This could be the next Glen Davis trade, cuz we traded Curt Schilling as a minor leaguer for him...

oh yeah i heard about fontenot, he was a stud prospect. just hope theres some juice left that the league cant detect that will keep Sosa worth something.

We gave up like our entire group of 2nd baseman. Hairston originally started last year, and Fontenot very well could have this year.

Now we're down to Brian "Inconsistent" Roberts.

At least he can hit doubles...
