To Create A Light Burst: 1. Make A New Image With A Black Background 2. Select The Freehad Selections Tool, Which is In The Select Buttons Other Choices ![]() 3. Get The Flood Fill With White And Flood Your Selected Area. 4. Now Go To Selections > Load/Save Selection > Save Selection to Alpha Channel And Clcik Save 5. Now Go To Selections > Select None And Clcik That 6. Now Go To Ajust > Blur > Gaussian Blue And Set the Radius To 12 7. Now Go To Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load Selection From Alpha Channel And Select Load 8. Now Go To Selecton > Modify > Contract And Set it To 12 And Click Ok. 9. Now Flood Fill The Selected Area With #d5d5d5 10. Now Go To Selection > Modify > Contrast And Set That To 16ish 11. Now Select The Flood Fill And Fill The Center Area You Have Selected With #b1b1b1 12. Now Select The Smudge Brush That is In With The Dodge Brush (Under The Clone Brush) 13. Se It Like This: ![]() 14. Now Smudge From The Center Of The Image Outwards Till Your Hand Is Really Tireds And It Looks Cool 15. Now Select The Warp Brush (In The Reular Brushes) And Set It Like This: [img][/img] 16. Now Drag It Around A Few Times, About 4 To 7 17. Now Set The Warp Brush Like This: ![]() 18. Now Drag That Brush Around A Bit More Than The Other. 19. Now Set Your Colors To #f0eeee 20. Now Effects > Illumination Effects > Sunburst 21. Now Set Is Like This: ![]() 22. Now Go To Ajust > Hue And Saturation > Colorize And Select The Color You Want 23. YAY! Your Done! Your Image Should Look Like This: ![]() Tada!
