Save it as optomised in Image Ready CS? Or in Paintshop? IN paint shop it will only show one frame of animation and saving over it will results in lose of data? Wich do i save it in?

use this code anywhere in your board wrappers where you can see the image.

Once you've done that you should see that pic on your forum and then right click and save as a .gif file and upload it as your avy.
