I bieleve in God. And I think that God can take the form of whatever suits his needs. In other words, he can take the form of a woman, the form a man, or the form of a platapus. He is god afterall.

I see Pagean as what almost every single holiday of ours is based on.

i don't care what religion you are, it affects my opinion on you whatsoever, however i dislike it when sumone says that all other religions are full of ****, or are fake, or those who are mislead, or etc...stick with what u believe in, and don't diss other beliefs...

IMO, if you believe somthing you should try and pursue your beliefs and truely believe them. I dont think you should diss other beliefs but if you truely believe what you believe, you would naturally think of someone else as being mislead. Thats just my oppinion. A lot of people think I'm mislead, I have no problem with that.

I am Christian. I do believe that Christianity is the true religion because I have experianced countless miracles myself. A pagan is someone who believes in a god for almost everything, such as a god of water and a god of the sun.

When I think of Paganism I get a mental image of a hooded figure standing in a room with a star on the ground and candles at its points. Kinda weird but to explain, I know nothing about it and for all I knew, Pagan=Wiccan. So I'm clueless as to the specifics of the two.

To address religion, I used to be an Athiest. But after hundreds of religious battles with people who I now hate (which used to be friends) and considering the attitudes of most Christians, I am now a radical Athiest. I do not believe in God, the Bible, Heaven, Buddha, Allah, hell, Satan, etc. And now I look down upon those who do. I do see them as misled and wonder how they can believe so strongly in something so, IMO, laughable in reality. Instead of accepting others' points of view as I used to, I accept no religion now. It is incomprehensible to me how a good book written by many people can be worshipped as if were real. The talk of magically creating the universe and all its contents isn't reality where I'm from, it's science fiction.

I had a few very good friends that were stone cold Christians and I was cool with them until they started saying that the Bible is fact and God exists, that is when I became radical. I am offended by people who talk as if their religion is not only true, but the only correct religion. It is one thing to believe in something so unbeleivable, but to believe that all other religions (mere stories) are false and you're story is correct is just ignorance. If you are going to believe in something as far-fetched as a mystical being that lives in a dimension far, far away that can make entire planets with thought and an enormous inbred species with two bits of clay, why are the other stories false?

I'm sorry for the obviously offensive post, and I don't know how to end this because I have 18 years of religious doubt built up and I could go on and on, so...

Fin.

I still dont get why people like you think its so unbelievable for there to be a higher power. Personally I think that thw universe just appearing and not being made by anyone is more unbelieveableor at least the same.

As for me, I'm a Christian. To be honest with you, when I hear the word pagan I think of someone who is mislead and who does not follow the true God. That was the question and that is my honest answer that is in accordance with my beliefs.

Yes Sensei, I am lost, mislead and deceived by evil spirits. Please show this young grasshopper the path that is right so that he may yet find salvation! :'(

In case you're wondering, I was being sarcastic. ;) I'd say the ones that are mislead are those that disregard logic and put their faith into something because they've been told to. Time to wake up now, and to do your own math.

and then there are those who never had a religious background, and have decided to follow that path on their own ;)

ha..ha...ha?

When have I disregarded logic? Maybe I think logic is BS and I have seen logic and science proven wrong countless times. As for me I'll go with my heart. B)

Oh, and another thing, why does everyone think that Christians are blind idiots who never question anything? Do you honestly think I have not questioned my beliefs and have follwed somthing cause I have been told to? Then you are greatly mistaken. ;)

"Logic" as in "common sense" is bull****? Sounds like a madman's statement to me. :unaware:

Also, if you honestly think you're Christian because your heart tells you it's the right thing, think again. If you were born in Afghanistan you would have the same heart in beating in your chest yet be a Muslim. Parents, friends and other social influences lead you to your religious path, not your heart.

Indoctrinated by dogma's and still saying others are mislead.. poor thing.. :(

Ok then, you only believe what you believe because you were influenced. If Parents, friends and other social influences lead you to your religious path, who's to say that Parents, friends and other social influences dont lead you to atheism? Please share with me all the studies you have done on how we got here and all of the "proof" you've come up with. ;)
