well, it was just an explosion, i guess.

2.5? I didn't know you could even feel a 2.5. Must have been close to the surface.

Edit: take that back, it was a 2.5 magnitude. 3.4 on the Rickter scale :/

I just learned what an epicenter is like less than a week ago in Geoscience. :clown:

It's the surface directly above the focus of the earthquake. It's also where you feel the quake hit strongest. :geek:

I am so gonna ace that test tomorrow. :r

I live in VA and we had one over a year ago. I was at my old job and felt. I thought that it was a train going by at the time. But we have one at least every 50 years. But if you were outside, you couldn't feel any of it at all. Later~

I thought you are more likely to feel an earthquake if it is outside?

Damage Report Mr. Spock.

The turbo thrusters have been melted away by 32 degrees, the hyperdrive is in need of immediate force shielding and the main energy core is suffering severe internal damage.

...

"SHUT UP ALPHA!"

...

Seems logical captain.

It depends on the magnitude or the intensity of the quake. If it's a really small one, some people won't feel it. But usually (I think) people who are inside don't feel it as much as people who are outside do.

No if you are outside or inside you will feel it........cuz it is the ground that shakes......your feet are on the ground outside and the house sits on the ground upon which you stand on the floor in your house so therefore you will feel either way inside or out. TRUST ME!!!!!!! I USED TO LIVE ON A BUNCH FAULT LINES!!
