I'm sure Phyrro will request its closing soon.

What's the use. Who cares about fanbois anyway. I prefer talking to lime. He tries to make educated arguments and not just shout "omgwtf PSP kthx11!1111!11one!****!"

Besides, it's just like IGN said. The DS is a better portable system. Why? Battery life about four to six hours longer, a clamshell to protect it on the go, low price, charges quickly, all that jazz. The PSP is the better system, IGN said. Well, if I'm going for a system I'll play my GCN. I would play my PS2 as well, but it's broken and I need to sen d it in to get its DRE problems fixed...the guy told me it'd be free though.

Anyway, I can play a real handheld on the go, like the DS, and I can play real systems at home, like the GameCube and PS2.

The Dark Knight from Broncomania

Well, after playing the PSP for a few days. I have to say that I am extremely satisfied. The system is just great. Especially the screen and graphics. I got Tiger Woods for the PSP and it's a great game. I've been playing it alot. It's not quite as deep as the home version but the graphics are practically the same. This game is still deep enough to keep you busy for along time though. The battery life is much better than advertised. It has quite a few power saving features built in so it gets quite a bit of life out of it. I started a golf game at work at 11pm and had to stop and work and go back to it repeatedly through out the night. It lasted all the way till 7:00am this morning and I checked the battery meter. It says it still has 47% charge left!!! The day before that, I played two full rounds (about 2 hours) and watched Spiderman 2 and it still said it had 4 hours of life left. That's with the brightness and the sound cranked all the way up. That's good enough I think. Did I mention that the screen was incredible? It's really quite amazing. Twisted Metal is pretty fun too. Although the game is really fast and there's almost too much information on a screen that small. There's alot of speed and details. It takes a little bit of getting used to. So far, this system seems like a PS2 that fits in the palm of your hands. That would be the best way for me to describe it. Anyone planning to but this system should really consider getting Tiger Woods. A golf game is almost the perfect portable game. You can play one hole and go back to it later. The game auto saves after every round or any changes that are made to the profile. It's perfect for people that work. You can just leave it on and go back to it when you have time. It has a "sleep mode: if you choose not to do that though. And the game itself has some battery saving features. For example, you don't have to watch the CPU computer take a shot if you don't want to. You can skip that animation and just see where he hit it. That takes a like a half hour off of a full round of golf. You can also play this game against your friends via Wi-Fi. 3 of my Coworkers are getting the PSP and Tiger Woods so were gonna have some fun playing against each other!

Anyway, so far I am extremely happy with this system. As of now, I can recommend it to anyone.

A happy customer with the PSP.

I do think the PSP is way better than the DS, I hate that double screen, I like the wide screen on the PSP and the graphics are cool for the PSP.

Every 2/5 people are intelligent that come into this debate, and every 1/2 of the intelligent people say something besides "omg look at me I'm a fanboi newb I think graphics are everything%!" or at least make an effort to add it to the ends of their posts.

Like lime. And...who else in here is intelligent enough to be listed? Someone help me out. :geek:

I don't see why owners of the PSP don't feel ripped off. Mainly, to store all the stuff you put on the PSP, you need memory cards. Memory cards aren't free and will cost money. Now on the DS, you don't need memory cards. Then again the DS doesn't store Mp3s and whatnot. Honestly, I have the radio and my DVD player for that stuff. Second off, its only a matter of time until the PSP breaks down. You might love your PSP now, but in a few months when you get 'disc read error', you won't be loving your PSP so much. Same thing happened to me. I loved my PS2, until disc read error. All in all, the DS is the better buy. Keep in mind I have only pointed out two key factors of why the DS rules over the PSP.
