Don't anti-alias the pixel font, get a more better font for the pixel text.

Yes, as many people have said, get better text, you might want to ;

- Make the text relitivly the same as the background (If it's a dark background, make the text a lighter shade of that colour, and vice versa.)

- Add a 1px outline round the text. (Select the layer of text > Layer > laye style > Stroke and set your prefered settings.)
