Okay. You're right though. There isn't any burshing. This sig is all made through technique and image blending. Anywhos...

I first took the Original Image, and scaled it down to size. Then adding it to a new canvas (480x60) I first worked on what you see on the left side; few editions (mostly erasing).

After that I once again took the scaled down image dragged it onto the canvas and worked on the middle.

Same for the right side.

Merging all three layers I worked on a modified technique.(Copy Layer. Gaussain Blur: 2.8. Image> Adjustments> Brightness/Contrast> Brightness: -30, Contrast: 15. Blending Options: Opacity 64&. [Merge Layers]). Turned out to be brighter than what you see here.

Since my sig was too bright, I used another technique(Copy Layer. Gaussain Blur: 2.8. Image> Adjustments>Desaturate. Blending Options: Lowered Opacity [Don't remember to what >_>] Merge Layers)

For the border...

New Layer> Select All> Stroke (Black): 3 px.> Stroke (White): 2px.> Stroke (Black): 1px. Blending Options: Overlay.

Font Used: Garamond (Blending Options: Overlay)

That about it. :r
