How many of you lift weights? I do, daily...sometimes twice a day. Once is required for football and we have a WGT Training class in school. I currently weight 175. I have gained 25 pounds since football, from working out and eating right. Football started about August 20th or so in 2004.

Here's What im lifting....

Bench: 155-165
Towel Bench: 170-180
Squat: 200(max)
Box Squat: 320 (max)
Front squat: 100(12 rep sets)
Deep Squat: 115 (12 rep sets)
Deadlift: 245(Max)
Powerclean: 175 (Max)

I used to do some weightlifting, I don't remember how much I benched. I mostly do pull ups and push ups.
