It's been 7 years since i left school (and i've since moved) but i've still kept in touch with about 7-8 close friends. Two of those i've been friends with since i was 5 :)

The way i see it, it's up to everybody to make a joint effort to keep in touch. You will most certainly make new friends as you go through life, but it's also good to remember your roots B)

I've never thought of this though, I could loose a whole bunch of my friends.

In college, I'm in a dorm that really is never-ending. I just nearly live with my buddies there. But I have never thought of that. I'd be pretty sad too, with all my buddies gone. Because all of us are spliting apart, moving to different states, with different Boyfriends. I'd say I would just keep in touch with E-Mailing or with my Phone. I wouldn't be too sad about it, but atleast we could see talk to each other.

I know some of you aren't still in school, and that is great (or is it?) and so this doesn't really apply to you. (Though you can still reply.)

Anyway, my thought is: do you ever think about what will happen to your friendships and people you know really well, after school? Just thinking about this makes me pretty sad.

I mean, you can't possibly keep in touch with every single one of your school friends you had when you have a job, possibly a family...and a life. I guess the best way not to think about this, for me, is that I just have as much fun with the people I care about and try to talk to them all every single day.

What about you?

Thats why i don't have alot of friends. I pick certain people who I've known for a long time and those are the people that I'll be friends with (this includes the internet).
