I'm using internet explorer as my browser. Two days ago, my internet explorer run/ load as slow as a snail... I mean when i tried to load any websites/ forums, it took quite a long time before it load/ run finish. It shouldnt be the internet provider fault, as no one in my area has this problem. I still had this problem until now... (I just cant fix it, or find whats the problem is. My computer is working perfectly fine, etc...) This irritate me a lot as i cant even browse IFSZ. :P The problem just came suddenly two days ago. Does anyone had the slightest ideas what causes this? (Just tell me what u know :/ ) Erm... and the solutions too.

-I know this is not a support forum of any type, close this if you feel that its not suitable-

Thank you.

I had scan my computer for virus, i get no virus. I had also scan my computer for spyware, no spywares. No keylogger too. I tried turning off my firewall too. I tried defragment too. Nothing works.

-I cannot format my computer since my cd-rom drive had spoilt since the last virus attack on my computer-

Thank you.

I reccomend switching to Firefox, or Opera, but it's your choice, apart from that, check for spyware.

Jesus guys. He is asking for support not to be coverted to another browser.

Anyways run a full spyware and virus scan of your computer and make sure Windows is fully up-to-date.

Ditto, it's like when one person has a problem with IE the whole forum jumps on them, but when an IE supporter (like myself) says that IE is better, i get called a n00b, oh well, i really don't care what people say about me who are jerks.

But man, i'm clueless, you may try putting int he windows cd again, delete IE, then reinstall it. If worse comes to worse, firefox isn't extremely terrible.

Just to clarify, I don't mind you liking IE, I just recommended that he gives firefox a try and sees if he likes the result, I'm not trying to bash IE, But quite often, it's the root of the problem.

When My IE goes slow it is normally down to my vast ammount of temporary internet files, i delete the history, cookies etc, go on disk cleanup delete temp internet files. Then your internet should be back to full speed. Please note this may not work and if it dosent please dont have a go at me.

Thanks
