"Cheers" is in the Admin CP? :w00t: :r

Not sure where you saw "Debugging", but it means checking for bugs/errors.

COPPA stands for Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

That's more of a support question, so it should be asked in one of the support forums. ;)

Anyway, sounds like you're talking about a redirect forum.

You'll find most of the questions about doing stuff on your forum will be answered in the documentation/manual forum which that topic is in. :)

Debugging

That would be the little line at the bottom of each page that says: 'Page creation time: 0.0820 seconds'

It says "Page creation time: 0.0431 seconds" actually. ;)

DuffMan must have a slow computer or something, huh? :r

I had no idea what the debugging thing was.
Thanks for clearing that up.

He probably took copied his while replying, which is usually a bit slower. I'm sure his computer is faster than my Windows '98 beauty.

Windows XP takes up more RAM so technically computers with XP load slower than ones with 98. 0.08 seconds ain't that much, most likely you wouldn't be able to notice a difference.

It has nothing to do with how fast your computer is nor how fast your internet connection is.

It is simply how fast the server made the page for you. Anything under 1 second is good.

So 54 seconds isn't so good? Whoops. :$

So if it's a big number, that means the server is overloaded or having some other problem?

If there are more MySQL queries to make, or more code to process, the debugging time will increase.

It can vary. often that is the case, but sometimes you just asked for a complex page that it needs to 'think' about to make it.
