I was just wondering how many anti spyware programs it is best to have installed on your computer? I have three and was wondering if that is too many.

You can never have too many programs installed, so long as you don't have them running at the same time. One program may pick up something the others miss.

Me, I have 4 or 5, plus a couple of AntiVirus programs. Nothing's wrong with being too safe.

I would think that it wouldn't matter as long as it gets the spyware off of your computer.

Cool! That's alright then. I thought it wasn't a good idea to have more then one anti virus program as they may conflict with each other? That's what I was told anyway.

That is correct. However, if you have one constantly disabled and only open it to run scans, it should be fine to have more than one AntiVirus program installed.
